The Magic Contest

It had been two whole weeks since Oscar had read about a magic contest
coming up. He had been thinking and thinking about it. He had even been dreaming about it! Finally he decided... I am going to enter the contest! I think I can win the contest!

MMMMMM...thought Oscar. "I am going to need a magic kit." Oscar said to himself as he ran off toward the living room. He hopped into Mom's chair and turned on the computer. He went on the Internet and ordered a magic kit from Manny's Magic Store. "OH BOY! OH BOY! I CAN'T WAIT TO GET MY MAGIC KIT!!!!" Oscar jumped up and down with excitement...so much that he fell out of the chair! "OOOOWWWIE!!!"
It had been one whole week since Oscar ordered his magic kit. He didn't think it was ever going to get there. He checked the mail everyday! One day he looked in the mailbox and saw a huge box. The magic kit had finally arrived!
 Oscar started practicing right away! When he practiced using his magic wand, the end kept going crooked. "AAAUUUGGGHHH! THIS THING IS BROKEN! WHAT IS GOING ON WITH MY MAGIC WAND! THEY NEED A MAGIC  REPAIR SHOP!" Oscar cried in frustration. He kept practicing and finally he got the hang of using his magic wand.
MMMMM...."I need magic words. Let me see....AbracadbraaaaWOOF!" Oscar cried. Perfect he thought.
Oscar practiced and practiced right up until time to go to bed. When he finally curled up in his bed all he could think about was the contest tomorrow...he was a little nervous and really really excited!
