"TAXI!" Oscar heard again. He looked out his window and saw a young man in a brown hat waving his hand. He drove the taxi car toward the curb and stopped. "Take me to the town mall please." The man asked. "Sure thing..." Oscar started to say but then he got a little distracted...SNIFF! SNIFF! SNIFF!
"What's that smell? It smells like...like..." Then he noticed the bag the young man was holding in his hand. The bag read Sam's Hamburger Hut. "HAMBURGERS!" Oscar said excitedly and started bouncing up and down in the seat. "I'm hungry! I'm hungry! Please can I have a hamburger...PLEEEAAAASE!!!"
"Oscar...calm down. You should never ask your customers to give you their food. Its rude!" Chris tried to explain that it is rude to beg for other people's food but Oscar was too busy begging the young man to listen. The man tried to ignore Oscar but it was really hard when Oscar started howling. "WHOOOOOWHOOOOOOOOOO! PLEEEASE! I'M SO HUUUNGRY!!!" Finally he handed Oscar a hamburger just to get him to stop. "Now can you please take me to the mall !?" The young man asked again. Oscar didn't answer he was too busy chewing...as he drove off toward the town mall. When the taxi came to a stop the man tossed Oscar his money and leaped out of the car. The man was so relieved to finally be at the mall that he almost dropped his bag of lunch! "Gee...what's his hurry?" Oscar wondered out loud.
